    In this opportunity I bring you a recipe of easy breakfasts, 3 breakfasts with oats that will enchant you, not only for its ease but also for its spectacular flavor, are very practical for the days you are in a hurry and of course all the nutrients and vitamins which will be contributing to start the day well.

    Many people know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but very few really know the importance of this:

    * Improve your intellectual performance. Breakfast improves your concentration, your memory and other mental abilities.

    * It helps to have a correct nutrition.

    * Breakfast reactivates your metabolism. Keep in mind that we stopped eating food while we were asleep, a good metabolism will help to process all the nutrients and burn fats.

    * Helps decrease your anxiety. When eating a good breakfast, it makes that at the time of the meal we do not arrive so hungry and we do not eat of more.

    * Improve your physical performance.

    * Helps reduce the risk of diseases such as hypoglycemia and hypotension, thereby lowering the risk of diabetes.

    * Improve your mood.

    * Helps the heart by improving cholesterol levels.

    IF YOU DO NOT BREAKFAST YOU CAN GAIN WEIGHT!

    If you do not eat breakfast you can gain weight. When you wake up and have not consumed food for a long time, the body’s energy reserves are few, if not breakfast leads the brain to find a way to draw energy from where it can, usually from the muscles, so that mass is lost Muscle, and the brain not knowing how fast it will take, puts in plan an energy saving, which consists that if we then decide to have lunch, everything will go to the deposit of fat reserve thus gaining weight.

    Remember that portions are important !. For women are 3 tablespoons of oatmeal and for men 4. Be careful also in the portions of raisins and nuts, in the video I explain why.

    Overnight the oatmeal will hydrate and will take a little taste of the fruit you added. Dare to create your own fruit combinations!

    Try my other breakfasts for example:

    ? Carrot Pancakes

    ? Avocado toast

    ? Chilaquiles
