Mexican Soups and Broths
Mexican soups, cream soups and broths. Traditional Mexican sopas like sopa de letritas or fideos. My children love alphabet soup, and every time I prepare it, I am transported back to my childhood at my grandmother's house. I try to prepare vegetable creams soups during the week, curiously I like them for breakfast accompanied by boiled egg or fresh cheese. My mom used to make them at lunch. The recipes for vegetable creams, broths and soups are authentic and traditional Mexican recipes with a little twist to achieve a healthier version of them.
