How to Make the best Air Fryer Meatloaf step by step

    • This 2-pound meatloaf can easily serve up to 9 people. It is juicy and very delicious.
    • Start by placing in a container 2 pounds of ground beef, grated carrots, and zucchini, add the garlic, onion, mustard, oregano, cumin, mustard, ketchup salt, and onion.
    • Mix all together.
    • Place some parchment paper In an oven-safe container that feet in the air fryer. The parchment paper will help us to keep in place the glaze that we will have cooking along with the meatloaf but you will be ok without it too.
    • Mix the ketchup along with the crushed chipotle and spread half of the mix at the bottom of the oven container.
    • On top of the ketchup, mix place the beef mix in the container and cover it with foil paper.
    • Place in the air fryer and cook at 360f or 180 Celcius for 20 minutes.
    • Take off the foil paper and cook for another 5 minutes.
    • Flip the meatloaf over a plate and then add the other half of the glaze on top and decorate with some slices of jalapeno. For the jalapeno slices get rid of the seeds.
    • Place the meatloaf again in the air fryer for a couple of minutes just to seal the glaze so the jalapenos can get a little roast.
    • Serve with a delicious Mexican Salad and Mexican Spaghetti!

    Best Meatloaf Glaze Recipe

This easy and savory meatloaf glaze is made with ketchup and chipotle. This takes the glaze to another level with a bit of spiciness that accents the flavors.
Ingredients ¼ cup ketchup, 1 tablespoon crushed chipotle pepper. Mix together and add on top of the meatloaf. Bake or place in the grated for 2 minutes or less.

How long does it take for meatloaf to cook in the Air Fryer?

The time can vary a little bit from one brand to another but it is about 25 minutes. over the meatloaf in foil paper and cook for 20 minutes, take off the foil and cook for another 5.

What kind of Meat should I buy for Meatloaf?

I always buy the 90/10 ground beef. Usually, I usually buy the organic packages sold at Costco. If you want your meatloaf to be less greasy use the 90/10 ground beef. 90 is for the quantity of beef and 10 is for the percentage of fat. So if you buy let’s say 80/20 beef there you have a larger percentage of fat that in the end reduces the size of the meatloaf.

This glaze is very special, it has a sweet and sour taste with a tiny spice. Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my family does.
