    One of my favorite snacks are these deviled sausages because they are picositas! perfect for a football game or a good movie, for when you have meeting and want to offer them a snack … this is a great choice! Plus it is a super easy recipe!

    So if you want to avoid snacking on junk foods like potatoes there are always healthy choices that can prepare like this  sausages, plus chilito vegetables, healthy dips or just fruit, the options are so many!

    As a result you have this delicious snack with winnies and sauce, healthy, easy and cheap!

    BARRA INGREDIENTES

    4 sausages
    1/4 cup tomato puree
    1/4 cup catsup
    1/4 chopped onion
    1 chipotle pepper
    1 pinch of oregano
    1 tablespoon vinegar
    1/2 clove garlic, minced

     

    directions

    STANDING IN THE FRYING PAN AND ONION GARLIC over medium
    BLEND ketchup, tomato paste, chipotle pepper and vinegar
    ADDS CHOPPED SAUSAGES FRYING PAN TO WHERE THE ONION AND GARLIC
    ADD SAUCE, SALT AND OREGANO
    MIX AND SERVE IN CRACKERS
