Goodbye to constipation! Prune Juice Recipe

Prune juice with flaxseed is a great naturalconstipation remedy. Learn how to make prune juice from scratch.

Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 glass or plastic jar

Ingredients

  • 10 prunes
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed
  • 5 cups water

Instructions

  • Place 10 prunes to soak in 5 cups of water
  • Add a teaspoon of flaxseed.
  • Cover and let sit overnight.
  • The next morning, blend all the ingredients well until the flaxseeds are dissolved (it is easier for the intestine to digest them)
  • Drink the first prune juice cup on an empty stomach in the morning.
  • Allow at least 15 to 20 minutes to pass before eating anything else.
  • If dosen't work drink 2 more cups. Do not drink more than 3 cups at once or you can get diarreha

Notes

Prune juice is a powerful natural relief for constipation.
It is preferable to start with a cup of this juice and if you see that it does not work add one cup at a time.
Do not drink more than 3 cups in a row because it could cause diarrhea.
I recommend taking it on an empty stomach and with a period of at least 30 minutes before leaving home so as not to suffer any mishap.
