Tacos de requeson recipe


  • 3 oz ricotta cheese or requeson
  • 1 chambray onion
  • 2 tortillas
  • Spray cooking oil if you want to make crispy tacos


  • Warm up the tortillas in a griddle.
  • Mix the ricotta cheese with one chopped chambray onion.
  • Add half the mix in each tortilla and fold.
  • Let the cheese warm up and the tortilla crispy a bit.
