Tacos de requeson recipe

Ingredients

ricotta cheese or requeson
1
chambray onion
2
tortillas
Spray cooking oil if you want to make crispy tacos
Instructions
Warm up the tortillas in a griddle.
Mix the ricotta cheese with one chopped chambray onion.
Add half the mix in each tortilla and fold.
Let the cheese warm up and the tortilla crispy a bit.
