The secret recipe is very simple, you are going to use two tablespoons of butter for two tablespoons of wheat flour for a cup of broth.

How to make Gravy for Baked Turkey step by step
- Place 4 tablespoons of butter in the skillet and let it melt over low heat.
- Add the two tablespoons of wheat flour and stir quickly so that it integrates with the butter. You will begin to see bubbles, that is normal, what we want is that the flour is integrated with the butter and there are no lumps. If you have lumps, you can break them up by stiring the mixture.
- Once the butter is integrated with the flour add 1 cup of broth. And mix,
- Add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 3 cloves and boil for about 4 minutes.
- Remember that as the gravy cools, it becomes thicker.
