This recipe is super fresh and delicious, plus you can choose your favorite fruits, getting a different flavor every time you want to prepare!
You can also do it for a special event, for example I did it for Mother’s Day, you can take it to the office and share it with everyone, or for a birthday party, a family reunion, whatever you do!
It is perfect for everyone because it is allowed for people with diabetes or cholesterol.
It is also a delicious way to make children eat fruits. Who does not love pizza? Or the desserts? Combine the 2 and you will have this wonder.
I make the base in the oven, but you can do it without oven, based on granola. In the video I explain how to do it, it is very simple.
The base I made with oats, which gives you a lot of fiber, and with a little flour, you can use normal flour or whole flour, the flour is to give a little flexibility to the dough.
Also the cheese pie contains less fat since I use a special ingredient … cottage cheese!
All this topped off with a seasonal fruit mix, use the ones you like most.
This dish can be given to the children for breakfast! Since it is oats, cottage cheese and fruits, a complete breakfast and that surely this if you will like them!
