    Did you get many people to dinner time and you do not know how to cook? I always turn to this recipe is super easy to make, economical and surely your guests will love this authentic Mexican flavor! Also perfect as a snack

    Mexican pizza | Spicy Latina Mom

    Mexican Pizza – Molletes

     Portions: 6                              reloj Preparation time:  15 minutes

    This recipe is delicious and cheap, plus it is very easy and quick.

    A Mexican dish with lots of flavor to which you can add pico de gallo or salsa are delicious! You also have the option to heat them on the griddle or get them a few minutes in the oven to gratin the cheese and the bread until crispy … it makes me salivate just imagine.

    Another benefit is that you can make massive! when you have many guests without spending a fortune.

    However we must not be exceeded! remember that the bread must be respected, so do not overdo your portions ? Especially if you’re dieting!

    BARRA INGREDIENTES

    2 RED TOMATOES
    1 CLOVE GARLIC
    SALT
    CORIANDER
    1 ONION
    1 jalapeno pepper
    TURKEY SAUSAGE
    WHITE BREAD OR INTEGRAL
    BEANS

    directions

    1.-Toast the chili (chile da árbol) and garlic

    2.-Place th tomatoes in boling water for 2 minutes

    3.-Blend the tomatoes, the roasted garlic and chile de arbol with water and salt

    3.-Mince the jalapeno, tomato and onion to make “pico de gallo”

    4.-Stands the chorizo in a skillet with some water

    5.- Cut the bread and removes loam.

    6.- Fill with beans and a layer of cheese

    7.-Bake in the oven for 2 minutes

    8.- Add chorizo and pico de gallo
