Made with natural ingredients well known for its high content in fiber this will help you to promote bowel movement and start a natural colon cleanse.

    Are you feeling bloated? Too many intestinal gases? This smoothie will keep your body well nourish and hydrated and will help you to get rid of the bloating and gases. Always remember that there is no magic smoothie. This green smoothie with oat helps to improve digestion but is always necessary to keep eating high fiber foods during the day.

    CAN I HAVE AN OAT SMOOTHIE BEFORE OR AFTER WORKING OUT?

    This oatmeal breakfast smoothie is perfect to have before or after working out. It will provide your metabolism with vitamins, acid fats, and fiber. If you usually use protein powder add a portion to this green smoothie and it will definitely keep you satisfy and with energy before and after the workout.

    Green smoothies are not recommended for every day. Smoothies usually have a lot of fiber. They are healthy. Yes! but not in excess. If you drink green smoothies you can end up with bad bloating because of the high amount of fiber.

    SMOOTHIE WITH OATS FOR DIABETICS

    My recipes are specially made thinking of people with diabetes, cholesterol, or overweight. I always make my best to transform traditional Mexican Food into a healthy meal. My smoothies have become very popular on YouTube and the web because they have driven great results. I always make these smoothies with diabetic people in mind. The ingredients we are using for this oatmeal breakfast green smoothie are safe for diabetics that is why we are making oats smoothies without bananas. Yes, oatmeal is hight in carbs and might apple be to but this is so full of fiber that your body sugar should not go high during digestion.

    INGREDIENTS TO MAKE OATS MILK SMOOTHIE

    • 1 cup of coconut water
    • 1 cup of natural water
    • 1 green or red apple
    • ¼ of avocado
    • The juice of half a lime or lemon
    • a small piece of ginger
    • 1 tablespoon of flax seed
    • 3 tablespoons of oatmeal
    • 1 cup of spinach and
    • 1 celery stick

    HOW TO MAKE OATS SMOOTHIE BREAKFAST REPLACEMENT

    • For any kind of smoothies, you always need to start with the liquid in this case we are starting with coconut water.
    • Followed by the softer ingredients, the spinach, the celery, the avocado, the apple cutter in pieces, the oatmeal, the flaxseed and the juice of half a lemon. Do not forget the small piece of ginger.
    • Liquify until pulverize.

    Ingredients
