    Prune juice is the perfect natural remedy that will help you poo in a natural way. This dried plums juice tastes great and the flax seed also helps the digestive system to improve bowel movement.

    I am adding flax seed to this homemade prune juice recipe to make it more effective. Laxatives usually affect the intestinal flora and one of the benefits of the flax seed is actually to protect the intestinal flora, as well as having a laxative effect which will help us to fight constipation in a natural way. Save this colon cleanses smoothie that also uses flax seeds to alternate with this juice.

    • 10 prunes
    • 5 cups water
    • 1 teaspoon flaxseed

    • Place 10 plums to soak in 5 cups of water

    Do not drink more than 3 cups in a row because it could cause diarrhea.
