Today I bring you a delicious recipe very easy and quick to prepare, perfect for any occasion and time of year, although it is very good for summer as it is very fresh.
Quinoa is a grain that is grown to get the benefits of its seed in diets, technically not a cereal, is actually a pseudo cereal that is very nutritious and brings many benefits in our diet and health.
It is rich in fiber, containing much more than most cereals. There are numerous studies that show that soluble fiber can reduce blood sugar and cholesterol levels, and as I have mentioned on some occasions, it produces satiety which helps us to eat less and thus lose weight.
