I love this recipe, Mexican Sopes a delicious dish.
Without fat, healthy ingredient and the best: they are cheap and very quick to prepare, you do not have to take time to fry them, because they are grilled.

I love these Mexican recipes, and more if they have healthy ingredients.
Already is Mexico independence day and I have some delicious options for healthy snacks and with fewer calories.
I hope you enjoy it, and remember to keep an eye on “flautas”, green sauce and vegetables with chamoy to complete these delicious Mexican snacks.
In addition all of them in light version!
I made them with fresh cheese and beans but you can make tinga chicken or shredded beef.
That enjoyment will not regret it!

Mexican Sopes
2 CUPS MASECA®
3 pinches of salt
1 ½ cup water
2 cups of beans
1 cup pico de gallo
90 GR O 4OZ of fresh cheese
1.- Mix the four with salt and add 1 ½ cups of warm water
2.-Mix and make little balls
3.- Press with a plate
4.- Fold the edges
5.-Put them on a comal
6.-Fill with beans, cheese and pico de gallo
