    A delight are these vegetables with chamoy, as a dessert or as a snack during the day, it is a quick and easy recipe to tickle the little kids to eat vegetables and learn how to eat healthy.

    This rich snack is ideal to accompany with Mexican dishes. Who does not like it spicy ?.

    In these Mexican holidays, gets used eat typical dishes of Mexico most with a spicy taste like red enchiladas, green enchiladas, soups, sauces, etc.

    If you were invited to a meeting this option is ideal, inexpensive and easy to prepare for all guests.

    And best of all is nutritious that is full of fiber and water, many vitamins we need for our health!

    These vegetables with chamoy not only can use in these Mexican fiestas, if not for any other event such as children’s parties, baby shower, you are able to put on the table of sweets and snacks.

    Veggies & Chamoy

    veggies with chamoy | Spicy Latina Mom

    BARRA INGREDIENTES

    1 cup of chamoy
    ½ lemon juice
    1 tbsp chili powder
    1 Tbsp sugar
    1 cucumber
    1 carrot
    1 jicama

     

    directions

    Peel and cut the vegetables into STICKS.

    Mix the chamoy, chili powder, lemon and sugar.
    Place in plastic cups a spoon of the mix and add vegetable sticks.
