Start by peeling all the potatoes
Cut the potatoes into strips of the thickness you want.
Place them in water if you want to remove the starch, let them soak for at least 30 min.
Beat the egg white and add it to the potatoes.
Add salt and pepper and mix very well
Place them on a tray with wax paper (you can add a little spray oil if you wish) Remember to leave a space between each potato.
Bake at 180ºC (360ºF) for 10 minutes, turn the potatoes over and put them back in for another 10 min.
In Air fryer: place them in the air fryer tray at 180ºC or 360ºF for 15 minutes, every 5 minutes open the tray and move them a little so that they are toasted on all sides.
