Start by putting the bread edges. I do this for the kids. If I am making the tuna rolls for myself I just leave the bread edges.
I put a plate upside down, put the bread in the middle and then flatten it with another plate to flatten the bread.
In the blender place the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, the pickle jalapenos juice, the tuna and blend. If you want it to have a spicy flavor, add a couple of slices of jalapeño.
Blend until it becomes a paste.
Spread the tuna on the bread and place a slice of lettuce on it. I cut the lettuce to make it the size of the bread.
Now roll up the bread as if it were a burrito and that's it!
If you have trouble keeping them rolled up, secure them with a toothpick.
