Mexican Salad with tajin vinaigrette

- 5 cups lettuce
- 1 cup jicama
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 1 cup cucumber chopped
Mexican Salad Vinaigrette recipe
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ cup vinegar
- 2 tbsp tajin
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lemon
First I suggest you mix all the ingredients but the Tajín.
Following add one tablespoon of Tajin after everything is mixed and keep on adding the chili powder to taste.
Add on top of the salad and enjoy a super fresh and delicious salad.
