Mexican Salad with tajin vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 5 cups lettuce
  • 1 cup jicama
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 1 cup cucumber chopped

Mexican Salad Vinaigrette recipe

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsp tajin
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon

Instructions

  • First I suggest you mix all the ingredients but the Tajín.
  • Following add one tablespoon of Tajin after everything is mixed and keep on adding the chili powder to taste.
  • Add on top of the salad and enjoy a super fresh and delicious salad.
