Oat smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 celery stick
  • 3 tbsp of oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp of flaxseed
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 apple
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • ½ lemon

Instructions

  • For any kind of smoothies, you always need to start with the liquid in this case we are starting with cocon
  • Followed by the softer ingredients, the spinach, the celery, the avocado, the apple cutter in pieces, the oatmeal, the flaxseed and the juice of half a lemon. Do not forget the small piece of ginger.
  • Liquify until pulverize.
