Light Yogurt Jelly with Fruit
6 packages jelly – regular with no flavor
1 cup sugar
3 pieces dried fruits – or peach in syrup
1 cup strawberry
2 cup grape
2 cup yogurt – sugar free, no flavor
6 cup water
1/2 cup coconut – grounded
6 tbsp coconut esence
Add 4 packages of jelly to a cup of room-temperature water, stir until dissolved. Leave it rest.
In a large cooking pot, add 1 cup of sugar, 4 tbsp of coconut essence to 4 cups of water, until sugar is melted.
Turn off the stove, and add the jelly mix. Stir until melted. Leave it rest.
Spray oil in a jelly mold. Put it in the fridge for 5 minutes.
Cut the strawberry and mangoes in mid-size pieces
Get the mold out of the fridge and place the fruit – use any pattern desired
Fill the mold slowly with the jelly mix – just covering the fruit. Put it in the frigde for 15-20 minutes
Melt 2 packages of jelly in 1 cup of room-temperature water. Leave it rest for 5 minutes. Then add 2 tbsp of coconut, 1/4 of grounded coconut. Mix this very well.
Add the coconut jelly to the other jelly carefully to prevent the fruit is displaced
Put in the fridge for 4 hours
