    YOGURT JELLY WITH FRUIT

    Light Yogurt Jelly with Fruit, in such an easy recipe with low calories, so filling and delectable for everyone. The look of this jelly is perfect for any season of the year: Easter, when it is hot; or Christmas at the family table. The three major ingredients (fruit, yogurt,and jelly) are the warranty for a healthy dessert, very well dressed.

    You can bet on the Light Yogurt Jelly with Fruit if you are looking for an easy and low-calories dessert. If you are on diet, this is perfect for you. Moreover, it is so well dressed for a Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner, or a lunch with friends in a hot summer.

    The benefits of this dessert could be listed as follows:

    • Fruits- you can fix the jelly with the fruits of your choice. Nutritionist advice to consider the seasonal fruits for they are not only cheaper, but more tasty. Fruits are also a natural way to get the sugar levels needed everyday.
    • Jelly- rich in Amino acids that help to tackle tension and stress. They also help to get a healthier skin and hair. Its aspartic Acid helps in the cell regeneration. In addition, the cholesterol levels could be reduced with its regular consumption
    • Yogurt- with Vitamin D and calcium to develop and maintain strong and healthy bones. It has probiotics, living organisms that contribute to a better immune system. We recommend the natural yogurt, with no sugar.

    Light Yogurt Jelly with FruitLight Yogurt Jelly with Fruit | Spicy Latina Mom

     

    BARRA INGREDIENTES

    6 packages jelly – regular with no flavor
    1 cup sugar
    3 pieces dried fruits – or peach in syrup
    1 cup strawberry
    2 cup grape
    2 cup yogurt – sugar free, no flavor
    6 cup water
    1/2 cup coconut – grounded
    6 tbsp coconut esence

    directions

    Add 4 packages of jelly to a cup of room-temperature water, stir until dissolved. Leave it rest.

    In a large cooking pot, add 1 cup of sugar, 4 tbsp of coconut essence to 4 cups of water, until sugar is melted.

    Turn off the stove, and add the jelly mix. Stir until melted. Leave it rest.

    Spray oil in a jelly mold. Put it in the fridge for 5 minutes.

    Cut the strawberry and mangoes in mid-size pieces

    Get the mold out of the fridge and place the fruit – use any pattern desired

    Fill the mold slowly with the jelly mix – just covering the fruit. Put it in the frigde for 15-20 minutes

    Melt 2 packages of jelly in 1 cup of room-temperature water. Leave it rest for 5 minutes. Then add 2 tbsp of coconut, 1/4 of grounded coconut. Mix this very well.

    Add the coconut jelly to the other jelly carefully to prevent the fruit is displaced

    Put in the fridge for 4 hours
