Garlic Serrano Salmon

  • 1 lemon
  • 1 serrano pepper
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 salmon fillets


  • In your blender add ¼ cup of olive oil
  • Add to the blender 1 serrano without seeds, 2 garlic cloves, and about ¼ of a teaspoon of salt.
  • Blend all toghetr until you get a kind of green loose paste.
  • Cover the salmon steaks with the serrano mixture and if you have time let it marinade for one hour. I did not have time to marinade and still came out delicious. Make sure to keep it in the fridge if you marinade it.
  • In a pan add about one spoon of olive oil and let it warm up.
  • Add the salmon to the skillet and let it cook fro about two minutes. Flip the samon over and now let it cook on over the skin for another two minutes.
  • Half cover with the pan top leaving some space for a little steam to come out and let it cook for another 4 minutes or until achieving the term you like.
