Authentic Mexican Hot Chocolate Recipe

- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 4 cups milk
- 1.5 tablets Mexican Chocolate
Place the evaporated milk and cow's milk in a pot, bring to a boil over high heat.
Add the cinnamon stick and chocolate bars.
Mix from time to time as the milk heats so that the chocolate bars melt and integrate. Stir from time to time while it boils so that the milk does not spill.
