How to make the turkey juicy

A dear neighbor taught me the secret that has passed through generations in her family to prepare a perfectly juicy and tender turkey. Cut an apple in half like a head of garlic and put it inside the cavity of the turkey. Don’t stuff it, as the stuffing soaks up the juices from the turkey. The apple will help keep the turkey juicy and the garlic will flavor and add flavor.
