    Mexican Salad with Tajin Vinaigrette

    If you are looking for a fresh and delicious Mexican Salad you just found the best Mexican salad recipe! This salad is Absolutely vegan and totally HEALTHY. Along with lettuce, this Salad has jicama, cucumber, carrot, and a delicious no spicy honey-tajin vinaigrette dressing that gives the perfect Mexican touch.

    Tajin is a popular Mexican Chili powder brand that is used usually placed on top of fruit, or vegetables. In Mexico, healthy snacks are very popular. We love to have oranges with Tajin on it, jicama or cucumber with lime juice and tajin on top. Tajin is middle spicy, of course for Mexicans… mos probably other cultures think it is spicy and why in the world would we sprinkle our fruit with chili powder!! but believe me, once you try it you will understand why.

    INGREDIENTS TO MAKE MEXICAN SALAD

    • 5 cups lettuce
    • 1 jicama cup chopped
    • 1 cup grated carrot
    • 1 cucumber chopped cup

    Mix all the ingredients in a container and have this salad with your favorite dressing! Without a doubt this Mexican Salad recipe goes with everything but if you are open to tasting something new. Prepare this sweet and sour delicious Mexican Salad vinaigrette.

    Mexican Salad Vinaigrette Recipe Ingredients

    • ¼ cup olive oil
    • ½ cup vinegar 
    • 2 tajin tablespoons
    • 2 honey tablespoons
    • 2 lemon juice tablespoons
    • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

    How to make Mexican Vinaigrette with lime and Tajin

    First I suggest you mix all the ingredients but the Tajín. Following add one tablespoon of Tajin after everything is mixed and keep on adding the chili powder to taste. Add on top of the salad and enjoy a super fresh and delicious salad.
