HOW TO MAKE PAPAYA SMOOTHIE

There are several options for this smoothie, I will show you the version with celery but there are people who prefer to make the papaya smoothie with aloe vera. It is the same technique only substitute celery for half a cup of the gelatinous substance that encases the aloe vera plant.

HOW TO MAKE PAPAYA SMOOTHIE WITHOUT MILK

Remove the peel from the papaya and cut it into pieces. You will require a cup of papaya for each portion and 2 celery sticks. If you are preparing it for children, I recommend only using a celery stick because the celery flavor is very intense and is generally not very liked by children’s palates.

Place 1 1/2 cups of water, 1 cup of papaya, and 2 celery sticks cut into three parts in a blender. Blend everything very well until the ingredients are pulverized. Serve in a glass, if you want you can add a couple of ice cubes for a more refreshing drink.
