FISH FILLET IN ITALIAN TOMATO SAUCE

Servings: 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1.2 oz fish fillet (I used tilapia)
  • 1 garlic clove finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 12 mushrooms
  • 2 bell pepper
  • 2 cups of Italian Prego Fresh Mushroom Sauce
  • 1/2 cup of grated cheese
  • 1 cup of water

Instructions

  • Put a little olive oil on the pan.
  • Fry the garlic for a few seconds
  • Place the fish on the garlic and add a little salt.
  • Add slices of Mushroom and Pepper to the fish and sauté a little.
  • Once the fish is cooked on one side, flip.
  • Mix the Italian Sauce with Prego Mushrooms, add to the fish and bring to a boil over low heat with the fish.
  • Add a little cheese over the fish and cover so that it melts.

  • Mix the sauce with the water
  • Cut the vegetables into slices
  • Put a little bit of olive oil in the base of your container.
  • Place the tilapia fillets on top and sprinkle some salt over them.
  • Spread the mushrooms and peppers around the pan.
  • Bathe with the sauce
  • Cover with aluminum foil
  • Bake at 360 degrees F (180 C) for 35 minutes in the oven.
